60 Day Guarantee 

Le jour jour info@lejourjour.com guarantees delivery for all orders. If your order is not successfully delivered to you within 60 days, please send us quick email with your order number and we will issue a full refund.  

Customs Fee

In some countries, duties and taxes are required to be paid before the goods are released from customs. Customs fees are sole the responsibility of the customer. Le jour jour does not offer refunds or returns under circumstances where customs fees are not paid by the customer and orders are not cleared. Please note, in rare instances, custom agents may delay the release of orders at their discretion.

Delivery Error

In instances where delivery addresses are incorrect or incomplete or recipients aren't available for pickup, it is the recipient's responsibility to provide us the corrected and complete address and incur any additional re-delivery charges. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes or adjustments to the address mid-delivery. $8USD or 25% of the total order value will be charged for re-deliveries, whichever is higher.
